Hi Joe and Bill and Ivan,

Thanks for the insightful discussion re: "Master Carver". I had the
opportunity to be in two classed with George Keilheofer of Frankenmuth,
Michigan. George was a Master Carver who completed all of the early
training that Joe described. His works are nothing short of excellent
and beautiful.

Using those two adjectives to describe what I consider to be a Master
Carver, I would have to easy that the works that I have seen in pictures
of you, Bill and you, Ivan and the works that I have been privileged to
see of yours, Joe would qualify all of you for that designation.

I look forward to seeing Joe again in Evart and hope someday to see you
other two artists.

I, personally, am working toward becoming a Master Beginner Carver. That
may very well be my highest attainment and the rate I am going.

God's blessings to all. Paul
