[Woodcarver] toxicity chart...

Sally et al:

The toxicity chart was slow to arrive on-list because of its size.
The List size limit is 30K and any message larger gets put aside till I 
view it and approve it. This screening is part of normal List protocol.

So... keep your message SHORTER than 30K, or else expect to wait till 
they grab my attention for approval.

Just so you know what happened...
