What is the best glue for gluing a piece of leather to wood for making a
strop? Thank you very much, in advance, for any and all answers.
Elmers White Glue works very well. Glue it with the rough side up to strop
on. Also use split cow hide or goat hide because you want leather with a
little bit of give rather than a more ridged leather.
