[Woodcarver] strop glue?

without getting fancy i use  spray glue....you spray  leather and the block and let dry then press together....have used mine for several years and has not come apart..... I also use it  on wet/dry  paper for  knife sharpening......spray both  and put together......works for me ....

  Hello Everyone,

  What is the best glue for gluing a piece of leather to wood for making a strop?  Thank you very much, in advance, for any and all answers.

  The list has been rather slow lately, but the pictures that have been added to albums and websites have been outstanding.  Incredible talent on this list--gives a rank amateur something to shoot for.  Thanks!!1
