I like to use spray glue. I put it on the stick and the leather, let it dry
until it is sticky to touch and then press the leather on the stick. If I
should ever want to remove the leather it is not that difficult when using
spray glue. However, I find that it holds well.

Hello Everyone,
What is the best glue for gluing a piece of leather to wood for making a
strop? Thank you very much, in advance, for any and all answers.
The list has been rather slow lately, but the pictures that have been added
to albums and websites have been outstanding. Incredible talent on this
list--gives a rank amateur something to shoot for. Thanks!!1
