Hi Wittler,

A coarse and fine stone with a strop and buffing compound is all you need.
It will all amost fit in your pocket.

In Issue #2 of Carving Magazine I have an article on the basics of sharpen
with the stones and strop. Maybe you can try and dig up a copy of that
article. If not email me off list and I'll see if I can get you a copy.
