Hi all,
Wondering about the dangers of carving spalted wood. I have collected a few logs from the mother in laws yard and when I started carving one it was quite badly spalted. So I put it aside to dry for a bit and then began wondering about the dangers associated with this. I know about the dangers of turning this kind of wood due to the dust, so it started me wondering.
