[Woodcarver] My first bad photos of first wood relief

Below is the link to pics of my first shot at carving. I have been drawing for a long time, so that removes many impediments to carving, but I am nonetheless oblivious to most aspects of carving and would like to know so much more about it. Any tips that anyone has on large scale carving would be much appreciated. Your info regarding tools has been extremely valuable to me.
