We are just starting a club in Lavonia, GA. Lavonia is located on I 85 and Hy.17.Just about 6mi. from SC.
We plan to meet the first Tue. of each month.

  Can anyone tell me if there are any woodcarving classes or clubs in or around Athens, Ga.? Maybe up to 50 miles from Athens.
  I am new to woodcarving and I am just starting out. I have always loved working with wood since a teenager when I done wood burning. I watched a guy carve on a mantle piece at a theme park this summer and it gave me the carving fever. I want to wood carve and I am open to any suggestions or ideas.
