DICK....RIBBONS UP TO FIRST PLACE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE REENTERED....BEST OF
DIVISIONS SHOULD BE APPLIED TO STEP-UP CATEGORIES.....BUT BEST OF SHOW
SHOULD ONLY BE ONCE....YUR RIGHT....GIVE THE OTHERS A CHANCE
