Perhaps, John, you might want to write Ed Gallenstein, the editor of
Chip Chats and follow up on this discussion.  Gather everyone's thoughts
and ideas then create an article for him.  It would be interesting to
see where this would go through the NWCA and Chip Chats and perhaps a
poll through the organization.
