PayPal is 100% dead reliable. I've had nothing but good service from
them.

Your best protection against attempts at fraud is to read and comply
with the advise PayPal offers on their site. Foremost among the
advice they give you is to always go to the correct URL, which is:
https://www.paypal.com/

If you bookmark this URL instead of typing it in each time you will
not make the mistake of going to misleading web addresses.
