FYI,

The two programs suggested, "Spybot Search and Destroy" and "Ad-Aware" have been around for some time. Microsoft was recommending them until they came out with their own version. It takes both to keep your computer working well. And thus allows a better experience when using the internet for things like this mail list.

Bill if you don't want this to go throught the list no problem but my wife 
down loaded it & it is stopping the spy ware thing that my norton anitvirus 
doesn't.
I am telling you as I think if all our comp.  do better the list does better
