Hi Jim,

There is no protection from lawsuits, just protection of your assets against
lawsuites. Each state has different laws and you need to check with your
insurance agent to find out what type of insurance coverage you need. Your
coverage is based upon the insurance company, your income level, and a bunch
of other things that insurance people become licensed professionals to sell.
