[Woodcarver] pricing

Hi Bill,

I price my work by the square inch plus material, shipping, insurance and
all that other stuff. My base price (Wholesale) is $4 per square which works
to 144 square inches X $4 = $576 per square foot. Many of my customers get
wholesale pricing. Retail is 1.6 times wholesale so a store would be selling
my square foot for 1.6 times $576 = $922.
