Hi JohnG
A way to hang VERY heavy cabinets on a wall is shown below.
Obviously
the bump outs on the plaque and the wall are pieces of shaped wood that
can
be screwed and glued to the plaque and, at least, screwed to the wall.
They can be as narrow as 3/4 inch and should be say 2 inches wide in
order
to get as much surface area as possible for attachment to the plaque and
the wall. For maximum strength, they should go almost all the way
across
the width of the plaque. The sketch should be viewed using a font
having
a fixed width, like Monaco.
