I should have explained on the previous message about this cartoonist. When I went looking for some examples of "Keep on Truckin'" I discovered, for the first time, how tasteless most of the artist's work was. I was born a little late for the hippy era < I was 13 when Woodstock happened so, no, I wasn't there >. Obviously, except for Mr. Natural and the KOT image I was after, I must have been pretty well insulated from the rest of Crumb's work while growing up. So be forewarned if you do any research of his work(?) it's mostly R and X rated.
I guess I prefer to lean back towards the 60's, good or bad, 'rather than embrace an era that's held responsible for disco ;-).
Keep on Carvin'
