I went to the Sear's site and you can still get the owners manual for $7.49 (not counting tax or shipping)

I entered in your part number 113.243310 and they have it

hi bill its not the new ones its one of the old model
with the metal wheels on it and this is the info I
have one it model 3 113.243310 and its a sears 12"
belt drive band saw and sander combo but never used
the sander on it..

Maybe this should have been sent with the question
