[Woodcarver] Bandsaw blade jumping off

hi ty for the answer it got right to the point and I belive it does have a lot of miles on it, I did buy the tires so that I can change them as well, however; what Idid forget to get was the berin for the bottom wheel which does not seem to be messing up at all at this time, Only trouble  am havin is gettin the screw which changes the area of the top wheel for leveling as well as makin the blade move so that is is centered..
 
Tom u seem to know the band saw pretty well and I do have that issue u are talkin about with setting up your band saw, got the box for this unit and did not learn more then I what I knew about my other small band saw which I use when I cutting out spoon blanks..
