Bill,
I just checked the code on your web page. It appears that it was done with 
something like Front Page. (opinions on that later).  Because it is coded 
with tables and cell sizes are called out(width), the size is fixed. No 
matter what resolution a monitor is set at the size, in pixels, will always 
be the same. When I add up the pixels they are greater than 800.  I would 
suggest that in creating a web page using a WYSIWYG (What you see is what 
you get) for development that you reset your monitor for 600 x 800 before 
creating the page(s).

As stated above about Front Page and such type of tools. They work, but not 
always real well. For anybody creating a web site I would suggest that you 
learn html and code it yourself. Or least be able to fix some of the 
problems caused by a WYSIWYG program.
