Hi Dave;
Ivan Whillock published a book called  "Carving The Risen Christ" it's a 
step by step book, ISBN 0-9631173-5-1, in the $10 range I believe.
Also Chip Chats  Jul/Aug 1993 has a similar pattern on it's back page, no 
cross showing .
