[Woodcarver] 2 Wheel Sharpening

Question for the gang.

I have/use the 2 wheel paper wheel sharpening/honing
system. The wheel with the abrasive on it is just about
out of abrasive. I have an additional cup of abrasive
powder that came with it, but I lost the instructions
on how to put it on the wheel. There's got to be
some way to get the powder to stick to the wheel.
(6d nails don't work <G>)

Can anyone help??
