[Woodcarver] 2 Wheel Sharpening

Lightly sand the wheel using sand paper attached to a flat piece of wood.  
Spread woodworking glue evenly on the wheel and then sprinkle the grit over the 
wheel, I place a clean sheet of paper under the wheel to catch any that does 
not stick.  Let dry for a day and you are back in action.
