[Woodcarver] cleaner cuts.

 hi all.
  
  i bought a lamp with a magnifying glas a while ago and i find that  somehow i seem to be able to make the cuts cleaner and smaller.
  
  i does affect my eyes a bit after a while but the result is much better.
  i have just  started a flower lovespoon and my  question is  how can  i  can get those  clean rounded smooth looks  carved on the peatals without having to sand  it  afterwards.
  do consider that i don't have the  proper  tool   to  do  so.  what  is  the  most   possible  alternative.
