>>1)what was your first carving you ever made?
I think my 1st carving was when I had been sick for a very long time & not
being one to sit & do nothing--- I was going nuts so I asked my wife to get
me a oiece of wood & my knife--
The wood had to have a hole pluged in it as it was a piece of wood off of a
chair (the arm to be exact)
It was an elephant & I still have it. It is simple but it was satisfying.

>>2)what was the funniest carving you ever made?
I carved a head & hollewed it out & gave it to a young your for a piggy bank
to keep her sence (cents) in.

>>3)what was the most difficult carving you ever made or
>>what did you struggle the most with when carving, how
>>did you solve it?
The hardest is the ones I have trouble getting it in my mind--
I need to see it in my mind in a way if I don't see it it is really hard &
really wont work.
God bless as He is Mike
