[Woodcarver] Basswood prices

Thanks Hugh,
I'm in Eastern Canada, Nova Scotia to be exact.  As I am just a beginner, a block that size will do me for a while - playing around with small cane toppers and trying caricatures. I'm not into volume yet - still having fun with the occasional sale or gift of a walking stick or two. My source is about 250 miles away from home, so I try to buy a block or two each time I'm in the "big city".
