[Woodcarver] W3E received

I'm interested in joining the exchange. Can someone explain how to do that?

I'm working on a piece of cottonwood bark that has a lot of worm holes and 
bugs in it. It also seems to be crumbly a lot deeper into the wood than 
previous pieces. Is there any way to fix it short of using it for firewood?
