[Woodcarver] Gouges

Charlie,
You have hit the nail on the head- patience and a willingness to learn are the most important traits for a woodcarver. Or any other woodworker. Or anyone desiring to learn anything- actually.
One other good trait is curiosity. How does that work? How can I do it better? What's next?

Vickie,

Great
response is right and from this list that is what I have been accustomed to
seeing.

I hope my
question was a learning experience for many.

I don't
consider any part of wood carving work. I am patient and I learn as I
go.

The
learning part is the most fun of all.

Thanks
again to all that responded to my Gouge question and my antiquing
question.

Charlie

what A RESPONSE. You have work to do.. To me, woodcarving is not work.

If you just try half of the information that we bomb you with, you will be
pretty busy.

All of it is good.

GOOD LUCK. You can do it. VICKIE
