Well, besides the beautiful beaches, friendly folks, salt air and deep sea fishing, there are many many lobsters, blue mussels, and assorted seafood to feast on. The mackerel should be running too! Did I mention the lobsters!

I'm relatively new to carving and haven't made any carver contacts there yet. I know there was a show just last weekend.  I googled PEI Carvers and came up with the following:
