Maura- I fix that by leaving one of the reminders in my inbox until chat starts. If I didn't do that I'd forget for sure.

I also appreciate the reminders, sometimes when I see the reminder i make a 
mental note to join the chat but i always wind up forgetting.  Only 
suggestion I have as i check my mail frequently is to have the reminder sent out 
a bit closer to the chat time.  I think the reminders come in the very 
early am hours, I usually read it before I go to sleep and then never remember 
it the next day.
