[Woodcarver] Clarification on Woodcarver of the Year

Hi everyone,
Thank you for all of the great nominations! The response has been nearly
overwhelming!

I just wanted to clarify a few things.

1. Anyone in the world can be nominated for the honor
2. The nominations will be pondered by a team of editors, contributors, and
the editorial staff here at Woodcarving Illustrated. The team will
ultimately decide who is named Woodcarver of the Year.

A bit of background: We've always asked for nominations for the WCOY, but
never really got any response. So this year, I decided to give it a nudge,
and really push for nominations. Thanks to Bill Judt for allowing me to post
the first request for nominations, and this clarification.
