Hello Joe and All,
I too think goal (resolution) setting with our carving is a worthwhile task. It sounds like you are finding great success with yours.

For me, I want to continue to provide monthly chip carving patterns and lessons for all My Chip Carving subscribers. I've gotten such positive feedback from these during the past year that I'm more motivated than ever to press on.

Also, I'd like to produce more basswood items to chip carve that currently aren't readily available. I'm always on the lookout!

And a final biggie, I'm going to complete construction of Red Barn Retreats (www.RedBarnRetreats.com) so we can have a Grand Opening in June. This will allow for chip carving along with quilting, scrapbooking and other retreats.

I'll look forward to reading everyone's carving resolutions!
Happy carving in 2009!

Marty
