Hi Larry,

I would recommend Ivan Whillock's DVD "Traditional Woodcarving" Basics. It is the fundumentals that beginners through advanced carvers can learn a bunch.

Does anyone have a favorite carving DVD? I enjoy watching and learning from them and have a fairly good starting collection but was wondering if I was missing any good ones. Last week I tried to contact Floyd Radigan and Everett Ellenwood through their websites to order their new discs but neither of them replied. Beginning to feel like the invisible man here (damn spam filters - LOL). I even put the videos on my Ipod and take them into the shop.
