The instructional carving video by Ivan Whillock is terrific!  You can get
it and, I believe, the ones by Ellenwood through <WoodcarversWarehouse.com>.
They may have Floyd's as well.

Does anyone have a favorite carving DVD?  I enjoy watching and learning from
them and have a fairly good starting collection but was wondering if I was
missing any good ones.  Last week I tried to contact Floyd Radigan and
Everett Ellenwood through their websites to order their new discs but
neither of them replied.  Beginning to feel like the invisible man here
(damn spam filters - LOL).  I even put the videos on my Ipod and take them
into the shop.  Larry
