Hey Guys,
Dennis, I am still new to this list and carving but this group has helped me right from Day 1....though they are helpful yes they are all a bunch of jokers :) its just the way they are, I do believe the carving brings out ones sense of humour...TRUE?
Anytime I have needed help I got it but it is true you do just need to ask. Jan The Woodbutcher has helped me more then I ever thought a stranger and no less one I have never met could, So Jan Thank SO much once again for the care package. Susan Irish who has classiccarvingpatterns.com has helped me immensely without her website and the beginner patterns I found there I don't believe I would have ever started carving, So Susan Thank You for your website and allowing a guy like me to borrow the patterns I have found there to get me started. One of my first carvings was a pattern from your site which most on this list have seen and thought for a beginner I had done very well...me I don't think I did so well, but I'm critical of my carvings just like my dad is of his

Marty Leenhouts has given me so much help I don't know where to begin, he most definitely gave me the Xmas carving bug So I thank you for the ornament pattern, I gave to my mom for Xmas and she absolutely loved it
And finally to everyone else on here who for one reason or another has given me any help, insight, advice on what to do for my carvings or tools to get I SINCERELY THANK YOU
and finally to Dennis I would never have gotten any of the help I had gotten if I did not ask questions I have asked so many in this list I am surprised they are not sick of hearing from me :P The best advice I can give to you being a new carver is ASK as many questions as possible, and I swear these folks on this list will do right by you I promise!
I have babbled or dribbled on long enough and I'm sure you are tired of reading my dribble
Talk to everyone soon
