I believe the quote is incomplete, but the author is right.
I remember the quote as " A labourer (notice the English spelling?) works with his hands. A craftsman works with his hands and his mind. And artist works with his hand, his mind and his heart."
Anybody able to find the ACTUAL quote, and post it to the list?
