[Woodcarver] copyright laws (not just beating a dead horse)

Joe, thank you for bringing the word "inspiration" into the
conversation!!! I agree totally with what you said. There is a huge
difference between copying and being inspired by something. I think
most of us started with books and patterns. The key is to use the
techniques we learn from them as a springboard to finding our own
style, combining them with our own view of what is around us.

LOL I don't think I have ever been so "vocal" on this list in al the
years I have been a member. It's a topic worthy of discussion!!
