Hey Maura,

The GOW is the most fun of any of the carving get-togethers. OK, OK, I'm just a little prejudiced since it was the site of our wedding. There is an air fare sale going on right now. Go to Cheap Tickets and check it out. There's some lady in Joe's town that does airport pick-ups and returns for a very reasonable rate. We can find a place for you to stay - the couch in the motorhome - or if you beg nicely, a room at Joe and Sharon's, if they haven't all been taken. Bring some friends with you and share a motel room. There's always a way. After all you don't want all your carving friends getting together without you.
