Lucky you, Dick.

Congrats on the new shop! Just remember one "rule of thumb" . after you
figure out exactly what you'll be needing for space for all the tools,
equipment, work area, finishing area, storage area, etc., take that square
foot figure and DOUBLE IT! It seems no matter how much space a person
figures for a shop, once it gets all filled up, it's never enough.

One of the young fellows at our club's CHRISTmas party said that they were
pouring concrete when it was 6 degrees out with a wind chill of -12! That's
cold!

I just finished carving several snowmen (picked out by my wife) for
Christmas decorations. and am finishing up on a gnome home for a gift.
Also have a wood duck in butternut waiting to be finish sanded prior to
finishing. After all this is done, i will need to regroup as all my saws
and power tools are "stacked into the garage as I wait for my new shop to be
built. Problem with the new shop is that it has been too cold to pour
concrete. But the new shop is my Christmas present for years to come!

Hi Guys

Okay it's just to quiet on here, and I'm getting lonesome.

So what is everyone up to?

I'm going to Berea, Kentucky tomorrow to check out a carving group.
