Merrilee, as a *very last resort*, after all the alcohol has evaporated you
can try soaking in the generic brand of Mop N Glow from your local dollar
store. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It will take a couple of
hours to dry and its a polymer so you will no longer have pure wood.
