Friends in Carving -

Phase I of the Virtual Carving Studio (VCS) project has ended and it's
time to move on to Phase 2. In this phase we'll start to define the
non-fixed equipment for each of the functional areas. You'll find a
list of the functional areas at the end of this message.

Although slightly out of order, we will start by defining all of the
equipment we'd like to see in the Wood processing large tool area
(cutting, planing, glue-up, etc) This includes saws, planers, movable
benches, clamping devices, dust collection, etc. Specific makes and
models are welcome, and you may suggest more than one model of a
particular tool.

Remember nothing is off limits during brainstorming, and no judgments
are made of suggestions during brainstorming. You may offer your
suggestions on the Woodcarver List or via the submission form on the
VCS page at the Carvers' Companion web site here: http://carverscompanion.com/VCS/VCSHome.html

Have Fun!
