Hey Terry!  
   How are ya!  The purpose for Wood Wackers Carving Club is comradaire, friendship, helping others and ourselfs learn, carving and my personal favorite TALKING!!!  Oh and of course laughing and having fun.  I hope that answers your question! :)

Terry: I believe the primary mission of any carving club should be to promote woodcarving. To me, everything else is secondary.
