    I would put my money into a small bench top band saw instead and then if I needed internal cuts just use a coping saw and do those by hand. Just be careful of the brand you buy there is allot of junk out there, try to get one that you can get parts for easily.

  I could use some advice -which would be the better investment  scroll saw or jig saw ?
    I have a very limited work space I am trying to decide which to go with
