[Woodcarver] scroll saw or band saw

Friends,

I also have the Dewalt Scroll Saw and like it, especially since I use it for
a hobby.  I also have a band saw but don't use it as much for 2 reasons:
1. My carving projects are usually less than 1 1/2" thick
2. The band saw does not make the sharp corners that I like

Scroll Saw Work Shop magazine 2003 issue 12 rated the Dewalt their #1 choice
for the hobbyist, but it may be different now.

I totally agree that it's what you want to do with it.
