[Woodcarver] Fw: Trade Blanket

What are the proper dimensions of a carved blanket ? Are carved top sheets
acceptable ??  Are carved electric powered blankets permissible or must they
be hand carved ??? I'll save "stained" vs "acrylics" etc for another time.
