The following page shows which open source licenses are used by
the various bits of Mac OS X - looks like they use at least eight
different licenses including BSD and GPL:

I am not saying they GPL'd any of their own code (they have their
own open source license for that), but the OS does include a lot
of GPL'd stuff from others.
