Preview error with only Markdown

Here is the matrix of the last two versions of MT and Markdown and the 
errors on preview:

3.0b2 & 1.0b5: Error
3.0b1 & 1.0b5: OK
3.0b2 & 1.0b4: OK
3.0b1 & 1.0b4: OK
