PodTables

This is a proposed syntax for adding tables to POD, Perl's plain
text documentation format. POD was one of the syntaxes I stole from
for Markdown.

I'm not posting this link to say this proposal, as-is, would work
for Markdown. It wouldn't. But overall it's a decent table syntax,
and it covers a lot of the stuff we've been talking about here. The
example tables look somewhat similar to some of Michel Fortin's
proposals here, especially for multi-line table cells.
