It was a Fender Woodie, a re-issue of Fender's earliest amps, preceding the Tweeds.  They were made in three models: Princeton, Deluxe, and Professional.  The one Eric has is likely a Deluxe.

And here's a picture of Eric's current Cornell amp (looks like a Tweed Twin) and the Woody repro.  This is from the Garden show on June 29.
