[Slowhand] Chicago 2004 in SHN format - thanks to Dale and Andy!

I am making a copy of the United Center, Chicago 2004 show I have received
from Dale Kalina to Andy Knapp of

Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. Andy has promised to seed it on either
sharingthegroove.org or bt.easytree.org, that way lots of others can have it
as well. Andy will post on the Digest when the show torrent is available to
